Centrally located to Zion & Bryce. This fully stocked 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has plenty of open space for groups as well as privacy for relaxing & enjoying the beautiful sunrises & sunsets only Southern Utah can offer. Gaze at the starry skies right from the private hot tub!
The Space:
The whole house is all yours to make your home away from home during your southern Utah stay! From the beautifully landscaped yard to the stylish interior, you're guaranteed to have an amazing time here.
There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The Master bedroom has a king bed along with a twin trundle and a desk.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a twin trundle.
Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dining table and counter seating.
Comfy living room with plenty of places to sit and relax while watching the large screen TV.
Full capacity washer & dryer so you can keep your clothes clean.
High speed internet and Wi-fi to allow for streaming and live TV in every bedroom and main room, as well as clear connection for laptops and mobile devices.
You'll love the beautiful covered back patio with a dining set, lounge furniture, fire pit, hot tub and BBQ grill; it's the perfect location to view the red cliffs of Kanab. There are tons of board games and outdoor games for your whole family to enjoy, including a brand new Bocce Ball court. Come to Game Time Kanab and create long-lasting memories!

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Kanab! Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and located just a block away from Hwy 89A.
There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.
Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
This home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $75. a pet fee is only required if you do in fact bring a pet. Please let us know if so that we can add the $75 payment request to your reservation.
