Property was very unkept and dirty! Will NEVER stay here again! This place should be shut down untill they can be a real "hotel."

A nice and affordable place to stay whiling visiting the area.

Grounds could have been up to par but fillled with weeds. Rooms were clean but outdated. I would not stay again unless I had no other choice. Staff was great and had a decent nights sleep.

The breakfast was good. The room we were in was pretty clean, but the hotel looked rundown and the hallways were dirty. It actually smelled dirty when we walked in to the hotel hallways.

This place was dirty, no amenities and not even a bar of soap for the shower.cost $200 and on par with a $49/ night hotel.

The exterior doors do not lock so anyone off the street can walk in during night! There is No One in the building alt night. There’s a cell number to call. 😳. I was on 1st floor- I felt unsafe in a strange town.

The room was comfortable and affordable, and not too far a drive from Zion National Park.

The breakfast was very plain and unappetizing. The staff were friendly enough, but the room had a strange smell.

Understaffed and the beds were not comfortable. The outdoor hot tub had bugs floating in it that I removed using a cup. The breakfast lady was not pleasant/polite.

Run down property. Grounds around building were littered. Back entry door lock was broken so anyone could enter. Breakfast was so bad that we went to McDonalds for a "healthful" breakfast.

The rudeness of the Breakfast Room staff was rather striking. Being shouted at that everyone was done in 12 minutes, with absolutely no exceptions, was a first.......in fact, they actually began clearing the room 5 minutes before the posted "end of breakfast" time.

The desk clerk was friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants. The room was subpar. Advertised as spa tub, was nothing but shallow standard tub, and bed was horrible. Breakfast was terrible.

The staff was very friendly that’s my only compliment. The property was not maintain weeks everywhere, the inside halls were littered with trash, there was a shoe at the entrance that stayed there are entire stay. The room smelled horrible and was very dirty. The bed and pillows were on their last leg. The AC barely worked, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, there was mold in the shower ceiling, the towels and washcloths were old and stained, the hangers had sticky stuff all over them / all in all one of the grossest stays I’ve ever had and if there was somewhere else to go - I would have! Everything was booked around the area and this was day 8-10 of a 16 day road trip

The front line staff were very nice, pleasant and professional. The check in process was painless!
