This luxurious resort home is situated on the Mauna Lani North Golf Course, with views of the 4th fairway from the private pool and spa that were renovated in the summer of 2023! The additions include new surfacing, beautiful tile and railings for ease of accessibility.

The open-concept villa is perfect for large families, featuring two suites with king sized beds and one with a queen and twin. The cozy, custom furniture throughout provides an abundance of space to relax, both indoors and out.

Each spacious bedroom has an attached ensuite and ample closet space. The enclosed home office has a queen futon for additional guests or an additional media area, if required. The primary ensuite offers a spa-like experience with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and access to the private, outdoor shower garden.

The chef’s kitchen is appointed with a Sub Zero fridge, Wolf cooktop and oven, making cooking a dream. Serve your culinary creations on the large indoor dining table with seating for 8. Step outdoors onto the lanai, to grill up a feast in the adjacent kitchenette with BBQ and prep sink. The surrounding yard provides options to soak, swim, lounge, eat and toast to the Hawaiian paradise around you!

Additional amenities include a home office with built-in desk, printer, and screen, should you need to catch up on work while you’re here, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a double car garage with plenty of room for parking, which also provides storage for the beach chairs and boogie boards you’ll have access to during your stay.

The nearby Villages amenity center includes a well-equipped gym, free form pool and jetted spa and full kitchen for poolside entertaining with 6-burner gas grill.

NEW for April 2025: We are pleased to offer our guests access to the Mauna Lani Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Resort, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities.

All guests have exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club with our electronic pass card. Located in Makaiwa Bay, it provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

The Mauna Lani Resort offers world-class restaurants at both 5-star hotels, The Fairmont Orchid and The Auberge at Mauna Lani. The nearby Shops at Mauna Lani include Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Boutique and several other dining opportunities, art galleries, gift shops, and Foodland Farms grocery store which features a deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and fully stocked wine and cheese departments.

Two weeks in paradise

Hawaii is always wonderful. the property we stayed in was perfect. the house was exactly as described with even more. From the comfort to the view to providing everything we needed including morning coffee, a full pantry (cooking spices, oils, really everything) to a welcome bottle of wine, our expectations were exceeded. thank you.

Perfect location and stay

Was the perfect house and location for our family vacation on the big island. The beach club access, pool, en-suite for each room, fully stocked kitchen and location were great. Being able to use all of their beach and snorkel equipment was also a huge plus for us. Would recommend!

Nice older home

Lissette is terrific. I’d be hard pressed to rent a home that she didn’t manage. This was our fourth year with her, at different houses. This homes layout was great. Although the village is larger, it felt quite private once you were indoors or out on the lanai. The only real issue was the appliances, including the bbq. They have seen much better days and should all be replaced. The wine fridge is broken and the seal on the fridge is broken. The washer/dryer are loud enough to wake the neighborhood and the dryer takes forever to dry. There must have been a fire in the bbq because it is in horrific condition, although usable. Looks like a volcano erupted in it The cooktop needs to be set at the highest setting to cook and then things get a bit overdone. Lower settings barely get warm. The non-stick pans are not non-stick. We cook quite a bit during our stay. That’s why we rent a home. We would love to stay there again if all the appliances are replaced. Had a pleasant visit.

Absolutely Perfect Hawaiian Family Getaway

A wonderful setting with perfect accommodations for a family. Private, easy access to the beach, golf, etc. The house was exactly as described and included plenty of space for our family of 7. Nice pool/spa and backyard area for enjoying the out of doors, bbq, eating space. Kitchen had everything you could need or want for cooking. Interior tastefully decorated. Lots of beach gear as well. Definitely on our list for another vacation. Highly recommend!

Hawaiian Wedding

We were in Hawaii for a friend's wedding over the holiday. I decided to extend the vacation for an extra week in Kona. What a beautiful home! Three large bedrooms, each en suite. The kitchen was a chef's dream. Fully stocked with every pot, pan and gadget needed to cook anything desired. The hot tub and pool were so convenient (be sure to start warming the hot tub 30 minutes before use). The beach was an easy drive. Lots of snorkeling gear and beach toys/chairs for you to use. No need to buy or bring your own. No regrets at all. We hope to return soon with friends.

Beautiful inside and out! Very well stocked! Loved every room had an en-suite bathroom! The pool and outside area was perfect for the kids. Great location, close to the store, entrance and shops. Incredible house with everything you need!

We will definitely be returning to this house as our “home away from home”! This house is clean, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, in a fabulous location, and the communication with the host was excellent. I would rate this is the best rental we have ever stayed at anywhere. Additionally the small touches of great bedding, toiletries, games, and a fully stocked kitchen just made our stay even better. This home was perfect for our ten day family vacation. With each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom, we were all very comfortable. The office was the perfect room for my little grandson to sleep uninterrupted. The kitchen is spacious and has every pot, bowl, and casserole dish you would ever need. A large dining table inside as well as outside made for nice dining options. The pool was perfect sized for our group. Lissette was welcoming and quick to respond to any question we had. Truly a gem of a vacation rental.

The Perfect House

The property was awesome, there were 5 adults and 2 teenagers and plenty of room. Close to grocery store and restaurants, very quite property. The pool and hot tub was used every morning and evening by all of us. The house had everything needed for our stay, very well stocked with kitchen essentials. Amazing Big Island Stay!

A Week in Paradise!

Everything was wonderful at this amazing house. We will return again. Communication with owner Megan and on-site concierge, Lissette regarding questions and arrival was seamless. We have been coming to the Mauna Lani resort for 13 years and this is by far the loveliest home we have stayed at. Access to the private beach club and Napua Restaurant are an added bonus for a perfect vacation.
