Inside this two-story home, discover an open floor plan that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four. What a hidden gem! I usually stay in Kona, but decided to try somewhere new this time—and it was an awesome stay. We had six people, and everyone was comfortable and truly enjoyed themselves. Each person had their own bathroom, and everything worked perfectly, which made a big difference.One of my favorite things was the location. There’s a store just down the street within walking distance for groceries or anything you might need. The pool is literally on the same street, making it super convenient, and the beach club access was amazing. We were able to relax on chairs, tan, and enjoy the beach without it feeling overcrowded. We were also close to 49er Beach, which is one of my favorite spots for snorkeling.The AC worked great, and the fans were a huge help—very important in Hawaii. The kitchen was another standout; it was fully stocked with gadgets and equipment, allowing us to cook most (if not all) of our meals. We spent a lot of time playing games and loved opening up the living room to the backyard—it gave us those perfect Hawaii vibes you hope for when planning a vacation.The only minor issue was getting in touch with customer service during the holiday when we had a question, but I was able to figure things out, and they did eventually follow up. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely come back.

Great Unit very well equipped 1/2 mi from pool

The condo was very well equipped and very clean.If you have children just know it is 1/2 mile from the pool. During busy times it is sometimes hard to find a chair at the pool during sunset. The food at the poolside was supberb. I would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

My wife, daughter and son in law found the perfect family location to access the entire Koala Coast. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs and amenities. The bedding was excellent. The checkin and follow up were excellent.

Listing did not disclose the air conditioning was set at 73 at the lowest. Changed to 75 and to 80 during the day without notice. After a few complaints they allowed us to go down to 72. Still changed to 75 and 80 during the day. We have our home set at 70 due to the heat and humidity which is similar to Hawaii’s weather. Unit has no rice maker. BBQ did not work and was dirty. Maintenance did fix it quickly. Be aware of roaches! Bedding was a joke. Thin blankets with cheap sheets. At the day of arrival, we did not have a code to get in the property, spoke with several people to get access and kept getting disconnected after being on hold for 20 minutes or longer. 2 people told us we didn’t get the welcome package due to an unsigned contract. After several calls we finally had a lady that knew what she was doing and said that contract was signed and the error was with their system. The property is in the Villages. A step above the fairways and that’s about it. Property is overpriced for the location. That’s was my fault, been coming here for 22 years and as a previous owner, should’ve known. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The space was nice but the cleanliness was far below expectations.

We found the fridge was dirty upon arrival, complete with dirty fingerprints, smudged grease on oven fan hood, dirty water dispenser on fridge, frying pans were stacked but not cleaned (egg whites still on), underwear and other items behind bathroom drawers that had been left. In all, it was a massive disappointment upon arrival, and way below expectations, especially given the price which in more in keeping with high end luxury accommodation.
