The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and towel warmer. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome, a maximum of three per apartment.



The 10 m² covered terrace offers sea views, a table, chairs and direct access to the garden. Only about 60 metres away, you will reach the nearest pebble beach. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the town centre of Kali are within a few minutes' walk, and the ferry to the nearby island of Zadar is just 3.5 km away.



The holiday home is located quietly in an idyllic setting, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and is ideally suited for families, couples, or groups who want to combine beach holidays and relaxation in Northern Dalmatia. Leisure activities in the area include water sports, sailing, diving, windsurfing, mountain biking, wine tasting, grape harvesting, and olive harvesting.



Pets and the use of air conditioning are associated with additional fees. All other costs for electricity, water, heating, WiFi, final cleaning, bedding, and towels are included in the price.
