We arrived late. Reception had close but key was available in pre designated area. Still able to park on site. Room was clean & well maintained. Shower had good pressure. Very popular with workers around the area. Would recommend.

Poor communication during check in. Told we were being upgraded from a room with a spa to a two bedroom apartment, which we did not require and did not use. Would certainly have preferred the spa. Had to wait for an hour outside the apartment while cleaning was being done. Was not advised about parking areas or that over the weekend there was no cleaning or replenishing of rooms. Supposedly there was a notice in the kitchen advising of this, however there was no notification of any sort in our kitchen or anywhere else in the apartment. Very disappointed. Will not be returning
