Looks brand new. Very quiet a/c in room. To go downtown, turn left out of motel and right on Gremps. Smoother road surface and less dangerous than a left turn onto highway 40.

#1 is that the pool was warm enough, 86 degrees. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the breakfast area was clean and had fresh, hot food. This was our second time here and the stay was consistently good.

The hotel is very clean. It is next to the expressway, but you cannot hear it. It's small, only 3 stories so it feels more personable. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. We will stay there again, and would recommend to anyone.
