Very centrally located at the entrance to Koroni, the guesthouse is located in the middle of a beautiful property with a brilliant view of the sea and the mountains of the Mani. You can reach the town center with its restaurants and shops, as well as the nearby beaches and taverns in just a few minutes. The very well-kept garden and the spacious pool area invite you to relax. The pool is the private pool of the owner couple and can be shared by their guests and tenants of the guest house. Use at your own risk.
The house is renovated and lovingly furnished. Has a large bedroom with a comfortable mattress, walk-in shower and a small bedroom for children, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Fitted wardrobes in all rooms offer a lot of space. The living room has a very modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and all technical equipment. Washing machine can be used. TV system, WiFi, air conditioning and an open fireplace are available. Bed linen, bath towels, sun beds, cool bags and everything you need on vacation. The master bedroom has a small balcony, from here the garden is directly accessible. Around the house, several romantic seating areas and a covered terrace invite you to pause and relax. Green lawns, herbs, flowers and fruits from the region make the garden unique. In the evening sitting under a huge lemon tree to enjoy a glass of country wine makes this facility a paradise.
