The hotel was a five minute walk from the bus which I took from Athens and back to Athens. The hotel is definitely quirky with each room named after some movie or opera character. I was in the Madame Butterfly room. My room had a patio which you can walk out on and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or try to dry your clothes that you did in the sink the day before. The hotel is near the center of town so there were a multitude of choices for dining. The water was hot in the shower and the breakfast had an artisanal style to it. It seemed like everything was homemade, including the pastries. (I don’t know if that is true.) All of the food was tasty. It was a nice hotel and I enjoyed myself.

We could park on the premises. The food was excellent, fresh vegetables and fruits , meat and cheese too. We also had an excellent traditional lamb dinner.

I had a great room with a big balcony and spectacular view (room 210). Sizeable room with artsy ambiance. A little tired but I liked it. The shower over the hot tub was awkward. The hot tub leaked. Linen etc was clean but towels were a little musty. Staff were excellent. I would stay again.

We rented a car from Athens and drove to Kalabaka to see the monasteries of Meteora. This hotel was perfect for our one night stay- the staff was great, the room was clean, quiet, & comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The drive to the monasteries was shortt, and we were so glad we took the trip there! So amazing!

Great hotel with one small complaint

Wonderful hotel in great location . Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast choices. Also the real attraction is the swimming pool. However, if anyone at the hotel reads this, you really need to replace those tiny sun lounger cushions with proper full length ones. They are totally not fit for purpose ! Other than that , we had a great stay

I like the VIP access with the balcony viewing at the roof of the restaurant! What a joke! Decoration was worst than a motel 8! Bed uncomfortable to say the least. Tub was painted with a faux concrete paint that was peeling and a shower head that was hard to operate! No elevator. The pool was disgusting (and it was just clean according to one of the personnel). Breakfast was joke! We couldn't get some coffee and the milk and juices were stored few inches above floor! We needed to pay the local taxes and it was requested to pay in cash, although a POS machine was right Infront of them! Unbelivable experience that I will suggest to anyone!

The movie themes were quaint but irrelevant to me. The rooms were good, air con worked well. It was within easy walking distance to the town and mountain hiking treks. Sitting outside late at night was really peaceful and enjoyable
