This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our 10 day Greece trip. We stayed in the RIZES suite and it had two balconies with views of both the meteora rocks and mountains. Beautiful touches and Orestis was kind and helpful!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property is pretty new and modern and the room we had was spacious albeit a little dark and in need of better lighting. It was the largest of our trip thus far, and had a nice little kitchenette too. It was clean and well appointed and of course a beautiful view of the mountains! There are some nice restaurants around the area too. However there were a few issues to note: 1. On arrival I was hunting around to find the details of where/how to check in as there is noone there on site. I end up calling them only to find that they had Whatsapp'd me the information and I dont use Whatsapp much - so that was unexpected as all other communications were through Expedia's app. We finally worked it out - but not the smoothest of experiences. 2. The pillows are mixed - one is so fluffy it squishes to nothing. And the other is really hard, like concrete. 3. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator or anyone at all onsite to help you with your luggage. Hope you're strong! 4. Each night there was this repetitive banging - like a gate slamming in the wind. It was never present during the day, so was hard to pin down and fix. But it interrupted our sleep to the point where we needed ear plugs to block it out. Hope they fix it. All that said, it's probably one of the nicer, and newer places to stay in this area and these are teething issues. So we'd still recommend it.

Property was very nice I have zero complaints. Offered streaming sites for our stay. Had a small kitchen with essentials. Orestis was very helpful and helped get us to our room. Just be aware when booking there is two different locations. I’m not sure how you get booked at one or the other. We stayed in the room that had a “hot tub” in room and our room was wonderful there. We basically had a small apartment for the night. Would definitely stay again if visiting.

Great place to stay

Fantastic location. No reception but we were met by a very friendly member of staff. You then have their number for emergencies. Lovely views from the balcony and some snacks included.

Heaven and Earth Kastraki was a great location for visiting Meteora. We took about an hour to hike to Sunset Rock the evening we arrived. We took a morning tour the next day and were the last to be picked up and first off afterward. Restaurant at the end of the street was very good. Our room was really nice, with a jacuzzi tub although no shower. Self check-in was easy. Finding the place was a bit tricky but we eventually figured it out using the map they sent in advance. Overall great stay, highly recommend.

The location in relation to the Monasteries Was amazing. The room was very spacious and eco-friendly. The tub was interesting and enjoyable. The newly renovated accommodations was beautiful done and decorated well. The eco friendly speciality bed was a little less comfortable than we would hope for but was manageable for a couple nights. Lots of great Resturants near by and the stay was worth the drive from Athens to be so close to the Meteora ✨

An Escaped Home Dream Come True This property was everything I had hoped for in a getaway — a true home away from home. Orestis, the property manager, was an absolute pleasure to communicate with — responsive, kind, and helpful. Absolutely loved the place

Second time to Meteora, first time the hotel made a difference. The design is special and eye-catching, view to Meteora rocks from the balcony is astonishing, and it is so so quiet. Although there is no breakfast option to the best of my knowledge, and very little, if any breakfast places around, the little in-room kitchen is perfect if you buy some groceries in a 30 sec walk mini market. And of course, so close to Meteora monasteries you can have a break, relax in your room, and be back in no time to the mountains.
