This property is exactly as advertised. We really appreciated little touches like having laundry pods and dishwater soap available. The location is great, you can see the water and Alii from the lanai. Alii is about a 3 minute walk away. We would be happy to stay in the same unit again.

Great little suite in a great location. Right near the shops and restaurants and bay in kailua kona. Looks directly at the old church and its lot. Underground safe parking included.

Wish I Was The One Staying There

I booked this location for a guest from Chicago who wasn't going to rent a car. There was no need! He LOVED it here! The location was perfect for him to walk to the beach, eateries, open market, etc. I didn't have to "babysit" him - he had everything he needed at his fingertips. He arrived later than expected, so I was able to go in and place all his necessities - food, drinks, etc. Knutson was amazing! I bothered them to assist with extending and extending his stay - when he didn't arrive as scheduled. They took care of it immediately. When I couldn't extend his stay at this location any further, I found another one of Knutson's property one floor down! PERFECT!The ONLY thing that was a bother (for me not him) was the parking. There is a lot of construction going on in the basement parking that parking was confusing and tight. I can't imagine how it would be if every unit had a rental car. The main mission was accomplished - my Chicago guest LOVED IT!!THANK YOU, Knutson!!

We were here for two weeks with one of us in a wheelchair. It was easy to to come and go from here for him. The unit is close to everything: used book store, grocery store, thrift store, all the local shops and restaurants, shore line, church on the shore. We could have walked everywhere without a rental except for getting here from the airport and our Costco riun.
