This was a nice property with an amazing view. However, there was no air condition as stated in the listing. We kept windows open and fans on to help. Luckily it wasn’t that hot. Everything else was good.

The corner location and top floor gives a sense of privacy and a wonderful view of Kona. Kitchen and recreation amenities are thoughtfully chosen. We especially appreciated the picnic cooler. The property was clean, bright, and cheerful. A suggestion in the bathroom is to provide a non-slip mat for the tub because without a grab bar a mat would offer safety and more secure footing. Overall, we loved the location for morning and evening walks in town. To stay here, though, there is the trade off of noisy traffic all night, and the chirping of coqui frogs required a quick google search because we first thought we were hearing some kind of night bird.

We loved this condo! But note it does not have air conditioning, so if you are hot natured it may not be for you. We went in May and ceilings fans and windows open were sufficient and pleasant. Some of the residents are not very nice...in fact down right rude. However, extremely secure facility, and was close to everything!
