Breathtaking oceanfront view from the most desirable condo building in the heart of Kailua-Kona Village. Air conditioning new in 2025. This third floor 1 bedroom 2 bath corner unit is beautiful in every detail. Remodeled and well maintained. From the granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms to the beautiful tile flooring to the teak tables and chairs on the lanai, this unit really shines. In both directions there are countless shops, delightful restaurants, bars with live music, a farmers market, historical sites, beaches, and more, all within walking distance of this beautiful condo. From your lanai you can watch tourists walking by as they explore the town, canoe clubs practicing, cruise ships when they are in town, spinner dolphins in the bay many mornings, humpback whales sometimes in the winter, yellow tangs in the water, and athletes competing in the world famous IRONMAN Triathlon in October, all without ever leaving your condo. The common area includes a large, well-maintained swimming pool and barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo comes with a free assigned parking space.

Please note that because the condo is among restaurants and shops, you will hear pedestrians and vehicles through dinner time. Kailua-Kona is a sleepy village, though, and it usually gets quiet after 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends. With the new air conditioning, you have the option to close the lanai glass sliders to shut out the noise.

Discounts (applied to nightly rate): 10% for 7+ days, 15% for 28+ days, additional 5% for guests who have previously rented from us (send us an inquiry if you are requesting a returning guest discount so that we can prepare you a custom quotation).

This unit is amazing! We've stayed in 20 vrbos and this was, by far, the best stocked rental we've ever had. The location is so convenient to restaurants and the pier. The building is very secure. We enjoyed the Smart TV, too, as we could hook into our streaming service. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning. What a view! I'd give this 10 stars if I could.

Property location was fine, the area is really loud with excessive noise. The unit and host were fantastic, I wish we could say the same for the building manager. He likes to read into the exiting rules to his interpretations. If your staying for a week or less and going to be taking in the sites during the day it's fine. We stayed 29 days for leisure vacation wanting to utilize the pool and accommodations but unfortunately that didn't transpire. The manager lives above the pool so be aware of how much noise (excessive) your kids make having fun in the pool. I wish we had a better review, but in the 25 yrs of coming to Kona renting condo's this was our worst experience.

The place was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view. My only complaint is that it was advertised as having air conditioning, and when we got there, it turns out the air conditioning was broken. It should be fixed in the next week or so, so that shouldn’t be a problem for future guests. It just was pretty hot for us, unfortunately. Otherwise, everything else was lovely.

Loved Our Stay in Kona!

We had a fabulous stay in the Kona Alii condominium in May 2025. The condo is right in the heart of Kona, close to wonderful shops and restaurants. The veranda has an amazing view of the ocean - just across the street! The condo itself is very roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with wonderful amenities (the use of beach towels, beach chairs, etc.) We would love to return someday!

My sisters and I spent 16 fabulous days at Ron & Pam’s condo. I have stayed at many rental locations, by far this was the best stocked, usage of space and location. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. You wanted for nothing in this condo!!! As they say, location, location, location. We decided we would be returning before our trip was half over.

Best location !

Fantastic condo! Right in the heart of Kona . Walking distance to pretty much everything. I loved being able to hear the ocean right from the condo. Onsite free parking. Very nice and secure complex. Owners were awesome and respond very quickly to any questions. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer located right in unit. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views and close to everything

This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! It had everything we needed for a great stay in Kailua Kona. We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Having parking included was awesome as well, since we had a rental car for exploring the island. Best part was having coffee on the lanai every morning and watching the cruise ships come in.

Paradise sunsets in the heart of Kailua-Kona

What an ideal spot for enjoying the gorgeous sunsets and all the activities that Kailua-Kona has to offer! The location is beautiful and so convenient. The walkability is fantastic! This was also a convenient home base for us to explore, snorkel, and hike around the Big Island: Hiking in Volcano, snorkeling at Kahalu'u, hiking to Papakolea Green Sand Beach, visiting the Hilo Farmer's Market, driving to Waimea... Even for longer drives, it was lovely to come back to what truly felt like a home base. Mahalo for sharing this well-appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, beautiful space. We definitely recommend this location!
