We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Bed was lovely. Staff service was good! What was not so good is the unit needs a remodel. Cabinets are very worn. Curtains were torn in places. But there was a card in the unit that said a complete remodel is happening in 2026. That is good news!

The staff were very accommodating. If you sent a text message they immediately replied. The layout was perfect for our family. We had 2 - 2 bedroom units. There was a sign in the room saying the unit would be refurbished in 2026. It’s long over due. The beds and pillows were comfortable but the rest of the unit is very tired

Beautiful grounds. Walking distance to nearby Marina. Staff was very attentive and helpful but there seemed to be a disconnect between front desk and housekeeping. We Arrived at 2:30pm and were told our room would not be ready until 4pm (normal check in time). Came back at 4pm and were told Housekeeping had not “Released” the room yet. Waited until 5:30pm before we received our keys.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves at Holua, we went there to join a round-robin pickleball event. Richard that runs the facility there is AWESOME!!! We were in a unit that was near the pickleball courts which made it easy. Personnel that shuttled us from parking area to our unit and back was very nice. Enjoyed the pool right outside of our unit. I strongly recommend staying at Holua Resort.

Holua resort itself has plenty of amenities: multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courses. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. Beautiful gardens and grounds to stroll through plus barbecue facilities.Close to snorkel Bob's (18 min drive)for gear rental. Many nearby locations for snorkeling. Convenient shopping places like KTA super store and Longs drugs/CVS.

I did not like the location of the condo, 12/74.it faced the road and parking area. It was not private at all. It also faced east so the sun was on the sitting area in the AM . We have stayed in these condos several times and was very unhappy with this one.

Very nice stay. Property is being updated but even in the unit as is we had everything we needed. So nice to have a quiet home base. The AC was awesome. We had to turn it off one night and we are used to cold bedrooms. Some units may be a bit of a walk- we were in building 14 and the walk was very easy. Parking was easy and no extra charge. We picked up groceries at Target on the way but the local KTA was easy and next time we will just stop there.

This resort was so affordable, the staff have some of the best customer service. When asking for something they came within minutes. It's close to a farmers market and scuba tours. 15 mins from the beach
