Room was spotless Furnished with everything we could need. Great Ocean views,Ocean breezes and the sounds of the ocean waves ,so close to the town made this a memorable stay! Very friendly host is just there when we needed her.

The room and view were wonderful, however the central air conditioning is under repair. There was a portable AC unit in the bedroom but the cool air did not reach the living room. The thermostat read 81-85 degrees indoors during our trip! To be fair, the association informed us of the AC repair, but AFTER we made the reservation.

Hale Kona Kai ghosted me after 15 hours of travel. No key or code to enter the unit. No communication or help. Office closed, no email, telephone or text response; just crickets. Kona is a small town and doesn't have alternative hotels to stay at short notice. Slept in rental car. Worst start to a vacation in all my life. Spent the second day of vacation finding another place to stay. Read the website and they do mention they don't have to honor the reservation even if it's the day of arrival. Zero communication even after I continued to try and contact them. Then they fraudulently charged me for a stay after not honoring it. Filed police report.

The location was excellent. You could walk out to multiple shopping and dining options. Our unit was well furnished in kitchen and beach acutriments. The bed was not comfortable. And putting a sqishy piece of foam on a mediocre matress does not help. Sheets and coverings lumped up and slid around. And a small item, but for this price you shouldnt need to but TP. But overall we liked it. Beach chairs, coolers, swim fins, beach towels all there.

Great option for Kona.

The condo is conveniently located parking was easy people at the desk were friendly. The condo I rented, 207, could use a little updating. It was nice and clean. The view is spectacular.

今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。 最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。 部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。 プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。 各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。 気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。 全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。
