If you want a great view, the constant sound of crashing waves and shops and restaurants within walking distance, this may be the place for you. Unfortunately, along with being in town comes traffic noise and the homeless element. And this is an older unit that seems a bit ignored by the owners. It would behoove them to fix a few things as well as minimize and update the decor. There is also a not-so-inviting odor that permeates the condo. Half burnt candles are in every room to deal with this unpleasant fact. On the bright side, the king bed was comfortable, there were plenty of fans (no A/C), and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking staples. The wifi is good now that a new modem was installed (just before we checked out, sorry to say since we had work needing to be done on our laptops). There is snorkel equipment and some games available, which we enjoyed using, and we added a puzzle we bought to work on while listening to the ocean (highly recommend). Three appliances we really appreciated (besides the plethora of fans) were the blender, washer/dryer and ice maker. Bottom line: unless the place is updated and some things are fixed we won’t rent here again.
