Nestled in the center of Kona this 1BR/1BA recently fully renovated condo offers a base for 2 to 4 people as you seek local attractions or nearby restaurants. Many stores as well as the beach are in walking distance.
Yearning a home cooked meal, use the fully equipped kitchen with its professional range.
In the living room you can relax after a day of adventure and convert the brand new couch into a full sized bed. --- Overall 1BR/1BA condo that is a 7min walk to the closes beach (Kamakahonu Beach) as well as to many restaurants; less than 5min walk to get to grocery stores, fast food places, and pharmacy. Parking stall close to entrance.
Entrance Screen door to allow you to get the evening breeze while still being within your own private place. Electronic lock with access code to enter the condo
Bedroom Enjoy the queen sized bed as you return from your daily adventures. The room is equipped with an A/C unit as well as with fans to adjust the temperature to your liking.
Living Room Relax on the couch as you watch tv (Roku channels, or you can access your Netflix/Hulu account - credentials will be wiped upon your departure). By night the sofa can be used as a pullout bed (double size) - we provide linen if you let us know in advance that you would be needing the pullout bed.
Kitchen The kitchen is part of the living room and has been recently upgraded with a new 5 burner gas stove, oven and a new fridge and dishwasher. Heat your food up in the microwave or enjoy a home cooked meal. We also provide a breakfast bar for two if you want to eat inside.
Lanai (Patio) The place to enjoy your meals at the table for four people while you enjoy the sunset.
Bathroom Shower and toilet - we provide enough towels for our guests.
Outside The pool is right across the Lanai - it is gated, we provide the key to access the pool. There is also a BBQ within the fenced in pool area. You can do your own laundry if you want to dry or wash clothes. (Please note that a reasonable fee per wash/dry cycle will need to be paid through a phone app. Details on how to install the app are provided in the laundry area.) The laundry area is across the patio next to the pool (separate access, requires a key which we provide.) Please note that both, pool and laundry area are being locked over night (from 9pm on till 9am/8am respectively).
Others You are just about in the heart of Kona - walk to the pier and enjoy watching cruise ships, pods of dolphins or the occasional whale in the bay. Alternatively, have happy hour drinks and nibbles in the beach facing restaurants.
We have the condo professionally cleaned in between each stay.

Really appreciate all of the tips and help Thomas gave us for our boys’ trip to Hawaii for their graduation. They had a blast and tried a lot of the thing Thomas told them about and loved it. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and beaches in Kona
The location is great. Many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. It is just a couple blocks to start walking along the shopping avenue of Kona along the beach. Great sunsets. Easy assigned parking.
I stayed for a week with my 2 adult children. We used it as a base to explore the island in the mornings, and then walk to restaurants and watch the sunsets in the evenings. A very memorable vacation. I would rent this place again.
