We rent our 126m² house on one level in Juvignac, west of Montpellier (20 minutes from the city center). It offers a garden and a swimming pool. We are at the corner of a cul-de-sac and a secondary street with very little traffic. Absolute calm and the field of birds await you. It is composed of an open living room of 62m², four bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a garage of 23m². Linen is provided: sheets, towels and foutas. There are local shops, pizzeria, beautician and a grocery store 500m away. A supermarket 2.5km away. We have tram 3 1.5km away and a bus stop 150m away. Many tourist sites are nearby (Nîmes, Saint Guilhem le désert 30 min.; Aigues-Mortes, Avignon, Arles, the Pond du Gard, the Cirque de Navacelles, less than 1 hour away). In 20 minutes, you can reach the nearest beaches Frontignan, Palavas, etc.
You can quickly access the banks of the Hérault and the Salagou lake to enjoy a canoe trip.

If you play golf you can walk there (10 minutes)

The area is also suitable for road biking or mountain biking.

We use a concierge service. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m.

Wir sind mit 7 Personen angereist und wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit. Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und der Empfang bei der Ankunft war sehr herzlich. Kommunikation bei kleinen Problem jeder Zeit auf Englisch per Handy möglich. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, für Hunde Ideal. Auch das Auto kann mit auf dem Grundstück stehen. Das Haus steht in einer gepflegten Siedlung und ist trotz der anderen Einfamilienhäuser dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist ein Traum für Kinder und Erwachsene. Bis zum Strand sind es ca 15 Minuten. Wir waren im Zoo, im botanischen Garten, und im Shopping Center. Sowie in Sete auf der Aussichtsform. Die Fotos entsprechen den Räumlichkeiten 😄

Schönes Haus für perfekten Urlaub

Unsere Familie hat in dem Haus von Géraldine eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Bereits die Schlüsselübergabe war entspannt. Wir wurden erwartet und es wurde alles in perfektem Englisch erklärt. Das Haus hatte für uns und unsere beiden Kinder die richtige Größe. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Quartier in dem Vorort von Montpellier ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die sehenswerte Region zu erkunden. Aufgrund der Ruhe und des schönen Pools hatten wir einen entspannten Urlaub. Es war wie ein Besuch bei Freunden und auch die Übergabe bei der Abfahrt war sehr gut.
