Bob's Beach Condo in Bella Vista by Jupiter beach!

This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! Feel the ocean breeze from your balcony, enjoy a morning stroll across the park, and indulge in Jupiter's beautiful aqua waters!

Our condo is in the Bella Vista community, with a swimming pool, two tennis courts and lovely landscaped grounds. The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit, but we have turned the third bedroom into a sunny reading room overlooking the park. It is two stories, with two master suites, one upstairs and one down, both with their own full bathroom. There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views!

This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! It is fully equipped with linens, appliances, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. We do hope you enjoy our comfortable, relaxed, beachy home in one of the most beautiful places in Florida!!

Short walk to the Twisted Tuna and Portobello restaurants, Publix and local parks. Park Trail is adjacent to the property. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a short walk away, too!

Property is well maintained, immaculate living and bedroom areas, very clean bathrooms, the owner is easily accessible by phone. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, that’s a big deal for us! We had a great stay at this property while in town for a wedding. Host was excellent and very communicative. A short five minute walk to a beautiful beach with beach chairs and towels provided by the host was a great plus. If in the area again, we'd certainly return!

Mr and Mrs Sams place was wonderful! It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and was plenty of room for our family of 4 (2adults and 2teens). The Sams were very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Locations perfect. A short walk through the park to the ocean. A beach with lifeguards, which was important to us. We enjoyed the pool, and the vita-parcours trail that went by the house. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well appointed.

We recently stayed at this two-bedroom condo for our vacation, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, pool, with several restaurants (The Twisted Tuna) and a grocery store nearby, making everything quite convenient. The amenities provided in the condo were great and added to the comfort of our stay. Bob was great to deal with and provided all check-in information and was available to answer any questions. Great location in Jupiter

Very close to restaurants and the beach. Especially loved the lazy loggerhead cafe, 5 minutes away, for breakfast at the beach, and the Food Shack for dinner. Property has scratched calphalon pots, so we did not cook (but we were happy to go out). We loved the walking trail next to the property, which we frequented each day. Property was very comfortable with outdoor deck to unwind.

Jupiter Vacation

This condo is right on Carlin Park , walking distance to everything- beach , tennis courts , pool , restaurants and shopping . The place is immaculate , we will not stay anywhere else when vacationing in Jupiter, This was our second tomes renting this condo and we will be renting many more times . If you enjoy the beach , pool , park and bike riding this is the place . The host , Bob , is great and ready to answer all questions to make your stay relaxing and fun .
