We have hosted guests traveling from all over the world and our hope is you'll be able to gather friends & family, get cozy in our home and enjoy the beautiful Mojave Desert and Joshua Tree National Park. 8575dreamspace is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1400 sq ft property—great for friends, couples or a small family. We have comfortable couches and even more comfortable beds inside in addition to a large dining table both inside and outside for colorful sunsets, sunrises and star gazing. We invite you and your guests will check-in, kickback, unplug and start slowing down to enjoy desert life. We look forward to sharing the magic of the desert with you soon!

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

8575dreamspace is cooled by central AC and heat that will help keep the temperature enjoyable for your stay.

• WIFI
Please note that the wifi can be spotty and come in and out due to the remote location

• STAR GAZING
For viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current outside wood burning fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. The propane fire pit at the property is allowed to be used.

• Guests
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identiy and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
