The Space:

Step into a living space that pairs expansive open-concept layout with warm, organic textures. Floor-to-ceiling desert light fills the room, where you can unwind on deep seating by the indoor wood-burning fireplace or gather around the oversized dining table for late-night conversations. Built for maximum comfort and privacy, the two spacious bedrooms feature high-end mattresses (a King in the primary suite and a Queen in the guest room), each equipped with its own private en-suite bathroom.



Five private acres of raw boulder terrain become your personal playground under dark night skies. Sip morning coffee on the daybed as desert birds pass by, or gather around the large exterior dining table for meals cooked on the propane BBQ. As the sun sets behind the mountains, sink into the private hot tub or curl up beside the flickering propane fire pit for world-class stargazing, all just minutes from the park entrance.

Getting Around:

It’s best to get around by car.

Uber are not very reliable.

Lucky 777 cab is the popular local option to get where you need to go.

• CLEANING FEE

As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.



• FIREPLACE

The home has a working fireplace. We do not supply logs because we want to make sure every fire is made intentionally.



• ROAD TO THE HOUSE

The road to the house is on about 2 miles dirt road. An SUV will not be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.



• A/C

8575dreamspace is cooled by central AC and heat that will help keep the temperature enjoyable for your stay.



• WIFI

Please note that the wifi can be spotty and come in and out due to the remote location



• STAR GAZING

For viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best.



• FIRE

Due to the location and a current outside wood burning fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. The propane fire pit at the property is allowed to be used.





• HOT TUB - legal

Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa.



• GUESTS

You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.



By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.

We like to respect our guest’s privacy, so you won’t see too much of us - unless you need us to come by. We will be available to answer any questions you may have and to help make your stay more enjoyable.
