Bad experience

Bad experience. As a regular, I am utterly disappointed this time. During the first night. At 2+am. I heard loud noise coming from above floor and it last for 2 hours. It sounds like some work is carry out. So we get to sleep only near dawn. Was trying to use the house phone to call customer service but both phone is not working. The bar fridge is also not cold at all. Next day went to customer service to feedback on this, and he promise to send tech to verify. But when we are back, nothing has been done. I request for high floor as I wanna admire at the scenery but I can’t. The window is full of thick dust. When look thru the window, it seems like going to rain but actually is sunny day. Cus the dust is so thick that it blur up the vision. The air con control panel display is so dim it can hardly be seen. Hope the management can look into this matter and do some thing about it.

Night market Monday weekly outside hotel along the whole road with lots of local fruits and food and others. mall is just next to hotel with food street at basement and big supermarket. problem is if hotel can upgrade their mini fridge so that we need not call maintainance to fix if not working as we are frequent wiht KSL hotel.make sure the room is in good condition before having the next customer.

The aircon was leaking on the first night & the shower floor was slippery in an upgraded room on the premier floor. We changed to an ordinary room type the following night.
