The washing machine flooded the dinning area, however the landlord immediately gave us a replacement room which is much better. He is also very friendly and helpful overall

Great location and nice size of the property. The amenities were great, however I noticed some of the lights were flickering, one of the cups was chipped, and the bathroom heater did not work sometimes. Smooth check in and communication with the landlord who personally and promptly delivered a new electric kettle when I told him the old one was not working. On the last day, the airconditioning stopped working which he also tried to address quickly.

First time doing free n easy check in n out. Thought it would be difficult but it was as simple as ABC. It was just a walking distance between shopping n eating areas.

Reasonable stay.

Room is good and clean. But the lift is problematic. Rather slow. Waiting time too long. Location is very good. Easy assess to KSL shopping. Thus, food and purchase is good. If you are liking on gym and swim, then it is a good place. Check in and check-out is easy and fast.

First home stay

Usually will review in trip advisor but unable this time! Was there with my hub n 2 teenage kids, very satisfied overall. Alex was nice to pre inform us the check in procedure. The apartment is well maintained, felt as if staying in our own home. This is my first time staying in apartment and not hotels. Definitely will return in future. There is a connecting door from here to ksl shopping but it closes at 10pm. Not much difference even if stayed at ksl hotel. If return late still had to walk a round from the outside. Thank u once again Alex! And apologies if we had brought any inconvenience. All the best and we will be back... :)
