This hotel is very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes when entered. The floors has lots of hair and the bathroom is very tiny

Business stay for a night

Room was ok as per pictures. But it had a musky smell when the air-conditioning turns on. Parking is definitely not available. Had to pay RM18 to park outside which many won't feel safe because you have to leave your car keys with them. Breakfast very disappointing. Overall does not command the prices paid and over 8 rating in my opinion.

如很多網友所述，地點不遠但很難找，原因是新山關口附近正在建輕軌鐵路，很多地方都改道或blocked了，但多謝酒店櫃台男職員用地圖指示，其實行去CIQ可在15mins內便到。當過關之後，隨人群進入JB Sentral，行到兩個商場之間的一條馬路時(可看到對面入口頂有個6字的商場，內有7-11便利店)，不要進對面6號商場，沿馬路轉左再前行轉左行入通往富力廣場(R&F Mall)的行人天橋 (記住不要入富力廣場，要行到天橋尾)，一直行到尾落天橋，再上小鈄路後轉左見一當地RSB便利店再轉右便到Fives，希望可幫到大家，因為酒店真的不差，職員及地方清潔都很好呢。

Arrived earlier and enquire whether able to check in earlier and the male receptionist was very helpful whom helped to swap room when our room wasnt ready which we are very thankful for. What more the property was cozy and comfy and quite accessible.

For the price (came with breakfast) we paid it exceed our expectations. Staff was super helpful when requested. Room was good with very spacious toilet and it's handicapped friendly. Breakfast wise the choices are limited and the food was alright. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The stay was ok overall and I’d come back. However the deposit was requested in cash. I do not understand why in 2024 cash is still required for it. Couldn’t a deposit be made on a credit card through an amount hold?
