I got a windowless room, despite picking a room depicted online as having a window. The trash can had not been emptied. The air conditioner tried, but never got the room actually cool. The walls were thin and so I could hear all the noise happening in the hallway

had a good stay

The hotel is located at Jalan Wong foo and city square . Fantastic location but the counter service and waiting time is really long .

Overall, the experience was satisfying. The location leaves a bit to be desired, however, I would stay again. The room was nice and the staff friendly.

The only good point is that it is near to the customs. Other than that, not worth the money paid and the service given.

This is not a 4 star hotel as claimed, but rather, a 2 star budget hotel. Staff were not properly trained and new. Breakfast was chaotic and often ran out of forks and spoons as well as bowls. Guests have to wait for staff to wash the dirty ones in the kitchen. The only dish with some meat added was the pasta. Orange cordials served was as bland as water.

- The location leaves a bit to be desired. - The deluxe room with access to the club area isn't really worth the money for single travellers, but could be nice if in a group.

with in 10 mins walk from jb railway station bus to legoland, hello kitty land and jpo from jb railway station 3 mins walk to night market

Well, because I booked in every last minute, I pay RM300 for just one night which is very expensive for a 3 star hotel. Check-In took me 3.5 hours. If they are able to tell me a fixed time when my room is ready, I am still ok. Because I can go shop and come back. But they cannot confirmed when it will be ready, they only keeps saying "ASAP" or "soon". Although the manager is nice to explain and bring us to a event room to sit and rest, 3 hours waiting for a room is far too long (despite their check in is 2pm and I reached 3pm). The room only has shampoo and body wash. Design of room to me as a 3 star hotel is still acceptable. Room is clean to a 3 star hotel level. Bed is comfortable although the bedding cover looks dirty w stains and torn. TV is LCD with some channels to watch. Location is excellent. Just cross the road is City Square shopping mall. Downstairs have convenience store. Opposite hotel has Coffeeshop and u can find food there. Walk a 5mins and u will reach JB Bazaar, night market. Can be quite big but pls do be careful of pickpocket and gangster. Don't bring too much cash or valuable stuff. And don't hang out there too late. Overall, I think I will stay this hotel again.
