We had to exterminate not just one, BUT THREE cockroaches on separate days. The water dispenser at Level 2 was full of ants, and the hot water dispenser's water is not even warm, basically ruined my morning coffee.

The room is clean and it’s comfortable. It’s cozy. Lots of food options. Though it’s quite far from shopping malls but it’s easy to get a grab. There’s a nearby massage too.

It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion. It was not greasy at all. So I bought one bottle from them when I checked out. I also managed to park near the hotel at the street parking. No complaints.

Almost perfect with one glaring pain point

Reception and housekeeping personnel were friendly and kind. Service was very satisfactory. The room though small was still comfortable and had all the required amenities. Only grouse I had was the strong smell of bleach when I entered my room. It lingered throughout my stay and even airing the room did not help. Hope the hotel management will relook the choice of their cleaning tools/practice and improve on the issue.
