My 3rd time staying in Amari. I’ve always liked this place and how clean & smooth the checked in was. But this time round, I booked 2 rooms and only 1 room is ready for checked in. The other room I need to wait till 4pm then can get in, abit disappointed. As I’ve brought my Auntie from Australia here for a short staycation, this they had to rest in my room for an hour. Hope they do improve in this, last but not least I’ll still come back here again next time. And please do some mosquito control on the hotel lobby reception area, I had 5 big bites from there.

Room is comfortable and breakfast variety is massive. Staff members are friendly while checking in and out procedures are seamless. Alhamdulillah. Can see why it’s a favourite with many.

1. The room is spacious and clean 2. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming including the lobby staff. 3. The breakfast spread is good with variety of food choices. What’s amazing? Car park accessible to hotel (no need to change lift) Staff : amazing, helpful and friendly Room : opted for room to be tidied when we were out but it didn’t get cleaned. No top ups of coffee or tea of mineral water
