Well I guess the pic will speak for themselves. We have been long standing clients of this hotel, but after going back after a space of 3yrs. The shock of the downgrade of which this hotel has become is sad. The foyer was dirty and lost that ambience it once had. Checking in was ok. Room service help desk was a shocker, she was lacking in knowledge of the menu. The kitchen staff was rude and very impatient. Ok the worst was the state of the room I upgraded to, was shocking the pix speak for themselves. My advice is it's not worth what you would be paying for, unless if the penthouse is still in good condition, but don't waste your money. Big up to concierge though, they are still on point.

Extremely unsafe.. While returning home to the hotel around 8:30pm I was robbed at gun point at the entrance to the hotel lifts. Lack of security and I would highly not recommend making use of this hotel. It is very unsafe

very nice and secure hotel , nice location.good experience , delicious food , amazing gym , friendly staff , one of the best hotel in the city , very spacious and clean room , increadible view from the rooms as well as the pool deck

So I went for the suite. Was given room 1202 lovely room. All was good till 5.30am when the room starts to reverberate with bass. Looked outside nothing, looked at the conference facilities nothing. Then it dawned on me the gym must be downstairs. I later found out the gym class is from 5.30am till 6.30am. They had sold me a room with a known noise problem. So I had a terrible nights sleep. The person at reception knocked some money off the bill. It was a kind gesture. If they had advertised noisy room at a discount I would have said no thanks. The worst part is they have a sign at reception 100% satisfaction guaranteed I was tempted to take out a pen and remove the first two numbers from that sign.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days on a business trip. Rooms are very comfortable and modern, with the hotel restaurant serving great breakfast. The lobby on the 13th floor is ok but not very exciting. One of the best features of this hotel is the great gym, one of the best that I have seen in a hotel anywhere. Location is a 7/10 especially due to the fact that you must take the shuttle from the hotel to basically wherever you want to go. Walking from the hotel to a variety of local places is not advised by the hotel staff. Overall a very pleasant hotel to stay in.

very odd setting to go up to the reception. Well secured hotel set up. Breakfast layout is excellent. Rooms good but basic amenities. Clean rooms. Not far from Sandton Convention Centre, 10 minutes walk. Subhash

2nd visit to South Africa and was happy to stay at this hotel, very central and close to the Nelson Mandela square, the hotel provides you with a shuttle to go to the square and back. Staff is very polite and courteous, they go out of their way to extend their African hospitality! Good breakfast and clean room. Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to visiting again!

The hotel was typical Radisson style very smart and clean the rooms were a good size. The hotel had a great gym with an indoor pool well worth a visit, good equipment and plenty of it so no waiting. It wasn't a good idea to go out walking butt he Uber were very helpful and convenient to get around in

This hotel was the worst experience I have ever had In a “5 star” hotel. We were traveling with our 2 year old son and hoping to enjoy a well deserved break. The staff r extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. The bedding was dirty and we found multiple strands of hair on the bed sheet and the bathroom sink was clogged. We then phoned reception to ask them to either move our room or to change the bedding as my baby wanted to nap. We left the room and decided to check out the business class lounge (which we paid for). Upon entering, there was not a person in site. The food was left uncovered for who knows how long. The food was also unlabeled. A staff member then appeared from the back. My husband politely asked what meat was in one of the wraps as we have certain dietary constraints. He was told very rudely that she didn’t know. We then left unable to eat any of the snacks. We then decided to go to the pool. The pool bar was completely deserted and after a while we decided to return to our room, only to find that 3 hours later, the dirty bedding wAs still on the bed and the sink was still clogged. We then checked out and booked at monte casino. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel ticks all the right boxes for a business traveler without being spectacular A bit pricey for what it is Good size room Clean Good WiFi Lacks a bit of ambience and is quit transactional The breakfast, however, is outstanding
