The hotel is very nice. I first started on the 20th floor. But I had a paranormal experience. I had my room changed to the 5th floor for the remainder of my stay (2 more nights), and there was a sewage problem, so I was moved to another room on the same floor. Other than those issues, it was a pleasant stay. However, i'm not very high maintenance. The food was excellent.
I definitely recommend this hotel. My room was on the highest floor with a balcony and a fantastic view, which allowed me to get great photos. The staff were also very helpful - insisted on having a member of the security staff accompany me to Constitution Hill (5-10 minutes away) to make sure I was safe. An excellent location if you're looking to see Constitution Hill and other nearby tourist sites. I thought it was excellent value for a hotel of this quality.
Not worth the four stars it has - at all. Really, really nice people, but this is not for tourists. If you have business to conduct and will only be sleeping there, okay. The room was spacious and clean but I wanted a place to relax, and this wasn't it. Room service food was average, breakfast was not. The picture of the roof top pool is much prettier than the real thing.
