It is always a pleasure to stay at the Premier Hotel in Pretoria! Great value for money and it is nice and central. Premier Hotel is the only option for me when i am in Pretoria. Nothing is a problem for the staff.

The accommodation was ok. but no fridge in the rooms??like how??breakfast was total crap.for the 2 days i stayed there ,i never enjoyed breakfast.soo substandard. The kitchen stuff was making so much noise like they are in shebeen. On my enquiry i was made to understand that most of the stuff are students who are still under training.Like how is that my problem as a guest?Your dinner menu is soo limited.Kindly do something about your kitchen.

The evening of the 5 July 2017 was ruined by the substandard and poor handling of unfortunate event of power failure which affected the hotel. The duty staff totally failed to sensitive guests about what was happening, instead they carried on with their business of the night. I had to walk from the dark passages of the hotel to inquire, and that inquiry never assisted instead after 3 hours in the darkness - a half candle was provided and I have lost lucrative business opportunity because both my cellphone and laptop had no power. After my countless enquiries, an apology was shelved under the hotel door trying to justify. The power failure was handled badly by the hotel, and the fact that reception area had a backup power whereas guests who paid to be accommodated were in the dark raises many unanswered questions. It appears that focus on getting people inside the hotel rooms and then forget about their well-being. The apology issued had not relief plan instead blaming local municipality - the surrounding hotels who also experienced power failure could at least ensured that their guests were not affected badly as it happened at Pretoria Premier Hotel.

We were looked after from when we got there until we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately the noise (shouting and screaming in the early hours of the morning and taxi's hooting) made the sleeping a bit difficult at times.

I had the best times of my life while staying with you! The experience was beautiful! The food, the free WiFi!!! I simply had the best time! I would definitely recommend your hotel to my friends! Thanks!

I was with a group of Members of Parliament. We found the check in process rather cold and not welcoming. The hotel rooms are rather small, and one of my member's rooms had a dirty carpet that made her stay rather uncomfortable. The food was okay. Except the day (20/06) when were told we could only order from a very limited menu. Restaurant and reception staff rather non chalant about things. Not too bad a place but not ready to host VIP guests. Location terrible. Too busy a strip of road.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Particularly the hospitality and eagerness of staff to help. I had good interactions with messers Jacob and Maria over my four days stay at the hotel. They were helpful in deciding safe places to visit. I had occupied room 314 from 13th to 15th June 2017. The place is clean and the food was nice. I will surely call again especially that there was even a shuttle between the hotel and the venue of my conference. The shuttle was very convenient and is one of the reasons I will refer a number of colleagues visiting Pretoria.

Most striking positive feature of this hotel is the excellence of the staff. Unfailing friendliness, courtesy and charming efficiency. Position is also attractive - a few minutes' walk from beautiful and interesting Union Buildings. Food is good and well presented. One small quibble about breakfast - I prefer a variety of jams offered in small individual containers. Shared bottles of jam is messy and unattractive.

The rooms are lovely and the service excellent. Staff is very friendly. The only comment I can make is that the restaurant food have room for improvement (more is not necessarily better). Less sauces on all the vegetables, pasta ( can have real sauce).

We had a security guard walking into our room at 2am claiming to check whether the room is occupied. To our surprise the room was not on the unoccupied rooms that were supposed to be checked. Luckily my partner was not alone at the time, no one knows what could've happened if i had stepped out. VALUE & SLEEP QUALITY are hugely impacted as a result of this from what's supposed to be an established brand, considering the amount of criminal elements happening lately.
