Clean & comfy hotel - but no Alcohol license.

Pleasant clean hotel with comfy bed, I had one of the larger rooms so that was great. Sadly I wasn’t aware that the Hotel dosnt have an Alcohol license, so this wasn’t ideal & I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known. Two nights someone was having a party in one of the rooms late at night, and I had to go down to Reception at 1am as no one was answering the phones, to complain. I don’t believe they stopped them, and I eventually fell asleep - not what I expect when staying in a hotel. Other than these two points the stay was fine.
