"The hotel looked clean when we walked in. But the room was not. Stains in the bathroom on the walls, mold all over the ceiling, broken tiles and just felt dirty. Then no hot water for a shower. It was luke-warm at best. And that’s just the bathroom. The beds were old, creaky and stained. No fridge, instead it was a pile of dust. The pool was the only plus. Then got no service at checkout. I waited at the counter and rang the bell. No one came. Don’t stay here!"
