Pecam no básico e simples.

- Lençóis amarelados, aparência de sujo. - Papel higiênico apenas um rolo já usado para 6 diárias, pedi novo 3x no turno da noite e não tinha, tive que comprar. (Básico que tem que ter!) - ⁠Apenas duas toalhas de banho para 6 diárias, nem toalha de rosto tinha. Em resumo: muito ruim por bem pouco, poderiam oferecer o básico de higiene de forma melhor.

Contratamos mi esposa y yo y nos cobraron un “ huésped extra” quién sabe por qué. Además tenía cerradura electrónica con código y el marco estaba salido, entonces la puerta quedaba abierta literalmente. Llama a Miramar, que es la administradora y estuvieron dos días para repararla. Nosotros para salir teníamos que llevar todas las cosas de valor, dinero etc. La hicimos reparar con gente de servicio que encontramos en el edificio y recién después vino un funcionario de la empresa. Nos ofrecieron un día más para compensar este problema, aceptamos, pero al día de salida original llegó otro funcionario de la empresa y nos pidió que nos retiráramos, desconociendo el y la empresa con la que se comunicaba por este tema. Reclamé reiteradamente la devolución del importe mal cobrado por el “huésped extra” y nos decían siempre que no tenían nada que reintegrar y que además yo debía abonar gastos de limpieza, que era menos de la mitad de lo que ellos me habían mal cobrado. En resumen, todo mal! Agregó foto de la puerta rota
