Bring a pillow and mattress. Beds are as painful as they are in Japan. Wake up calls are automatic with the roosters next door at 4am. AC is cold but on one speed. Food and drinks are great and reasonable. Noisy due to no insulation around doors, windows and AC window unit.

Catástrofe total!

Ao chegarmos no Hotel Bristol, o mesmo estava cheio de tapumes, áreas interditadas, a recepção era uma sauna e passamos muito tempo para realizar o check-in. Tivemos que estacionar o carro colado com a parede, pois o corredor dos carros é muito estreito, o motorista tem que passar pelo banco do passageiro para sair do carro. Ao chegar nos quartos estava uma bagunça, lençóis e toalhas espalhadas pelo chão, Trocaram os quarto, Após 1 hora! Fomos à piscina, escada interditada, portas fechadas, tapumes pelo espaço e obras inacabadas, não tinha NADA para comer no hotel, tivemos que sair para comer na rua. Disseram que o hotel seria interditado para reforma, porém já haviam funcionários trabalhando e interditaram a piscina as 16h em plena sexta-feira! No outro dia um, o restaurante do café da manhã parecia uma sauna, por conta do calor insuportável e o sol entrando nas acomodações do cafe! Ficamos na área da piscina pela manhã, as 10 horas pedimos petisco mas, informaram que as comidas só eram servidas a partir do meio dia. Assim que deu 12 horas pedimos, PASSEI FOME, pois o rapaz responsável pela comida, havia saído e levado a chave da cozinha, o mesmo só voltaria após as 14h. Detalhe: as 14 horas não se fornece comida mais no hotel! Ficamos sem comer absolutamente nada. Fiquei chateado, o site deveria ter informado a situação do hotel, que estava entrando em reforma, fui enganado, pior levei a família para um fim de semana infernal! Não compro mais no site.

Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis, já é a segunda vez que ficamos no Brisol João Pessoa. Perto da praia, estacionamento no local bom para nós que gostamos de alugar carro, lugar super seguro nós sentimos muito seguro nas ruas próximas, banco, shopping, mercado, farmácia muito pertinho de 1 min a 5 min andando.

Bom custo-benefício com ótima localização

Hotel com ótima localização, café da manhã farto e custo-benefício satisfatório. O hotel se encontrada em manutenção de algumas áreas o que causa algum transtorno. o estacionamento é um pouco apertado e a cama do quarto 114 está com as molas gastas, o que atrapalhou o descanso.

O hotel possui uma exelente localização. O quarto é bem espaçoso, mas não gostei do banheiro do quarto. O cheiro que vinha do ralo e da pia não era nada agradável. O café da manhã não me supreendeu em nada, um dos mais simples de todas as minhas estadias em hoteis.

triste e feliz

fiquei bastante decepcionada com a aparencia do hotel assim que cheguei,as cadeiras da piscina a maioria estava quebrada os guarda sol estam pessimas condiçoes,estava tendo obras ,a piscina estava sujas,so foi limpa porque fomos reclamar os portoes estava sempre aberto nao tinha segunrança,porem teve os ponto positivo os funcionarios sempre gentil a alimentaçao era satisfatoria a localizaçao muito boa as pessoas muito educadas muita tranquilidade no bairro.

Para viagens de negócio, ok. Para outros tipos não recomendo. Hotel apresenta aspecto de mal conservado, com gambiarra no sistema de aquecimento do chuveiro. Café da manhã ok. Tem potencial para ser muito melhor devido a localização, que é excelente.
