Amazing service, villas are separate with enormous pools, outstanding service and food..only lacking is gym is a bit small but overall this is a true 5 star hotel in the category of four seasons, peninsula, etc. You will love it.

A true 5 star experience! We loved this hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was construction on the neighboring property so they offered us a room upgrade with a better view free of charge. The butlers we had were amazing, they even found us a floating swan for the pool! Everywhere you went they knew your name. At the end of our trip they left us thank you gifts. A truly unforgettable experience!!

Raffles always state of the art in my experience and Raffles Bali delivered and exceeded the high expectations. Wonderful location, very exclusive setting, perfect service and the wow-feeling that last in my memory.
