Nunca mais me hospedo neste lugar.

Péssima experiência. Os quartos sujos, chuveiro mal saia água, solicitei o reparo e no dia seguinte estava melhor, fizeram a troca das toalhas após 48h, porém a do chão não foi trocada. A jardinagem não existe, pois as plantas já estavam fechando a entrada de alguns quartos. O pior que nos aconteceu foi que exitia a regra de utilização da piscina até as 20h, meus filhos estavam brincando com outras crianças as 18h30 e o rapaz da recepção pediu para eles pararem de fazer barulho por que estava incomodando os hóspedes.. então por que pode usar até as 20h? se as crianças não podem brincar??? O café da manhã é servido no terraço, 3 andar, além de dificultar que tem dificuldade de mobilidade, não tem segurança nenhuma para as crianças. mesmo sendo responsabilidade dos pais olharem seus filhos é importante que tenha alguma segurança. O parapeito deve ter no máximo 1m que é bem vulnerável para uma queda e Pior que ainda tem brinquedos para as crianças neste local.

Hotel confortável. Café da manhã completo.Você tem a disposição duas piscinas,já que a da pousada Matusa também pode ser usada em conjunto com a do Mare Mansa.Hotel bem localizado em Jeri.Dentro do que se propõe a oferecer entrega o esperado.A relação custo/benefício comparada a outros meios de hospedagens similares e bem favorável ao turista.Hotel Recomendado.

Localização distante da pracinha central e da área de movimento. Quarto com uma única tomada para a geladeira. Sinal de Wi-Fi ruim. O hotel é um “puxadinho” da pousada Mantusa que fica na frente dele. O endereço verdadeiro do hotel não é na rua do Forró.

Péssimo

Hotel péssimo e em más condições. O quarto é todo mofado. O box não fechava adequadamente e ficamos com medo de forçar e o vidro quebrar em cima de nós. Não se pode abrir a janela do quarto, porque a vista da para um corredor com aspecto de abandonado, cheio de terra e com muios fios e condensadoras de ar condicionado. As toalhas são trocadas apenas a cada 2 dias. O café da manhã é ruim e durante os 3 dias que nos hospedamos não houve nenhuma variedade. O dono do hotel parece que foi fazendo um "puxadinho" e nao investe em melhorias e nem em manutenção. Me espanta muito o hotel ter boa avaliação. É cilada, Bino. Não recomendo para ninguém.
