The room we reserved, that was shown on the picture was of course not available, and they offered us a room so small, that we could,'t even fit our luggage. We had to leave and ask for a refund, that they accepted.

O hotel tem uma localização maravilhosa mas está muito desgastado e precisa de pintura, reparos etc. As funcionárias do café da manhã eram excelentes mas o da recepção ( Rodrigo) nos colocou em quartos errados e foi muito impaciente mostrando inexperiência no trato com hóspedes.

Recepcionista mal educado e grosseiro

Muito barulho numa reforma que começa às sete da manhã. A moça do café da manhã era ríspida. Pra sair do quarto o recepcionista foi bem grosso , estávamos pronto pra sair e ele foi bater no quarto e perguntou três vezes você não viram que precisa sair 12 dia em ponto do quarto. Era 1215 e estávamos saindo. Atitude desnecessária. Iria voltar em novembro. Não volto nunca mais nesse hotel por esse motivo.

Otima localização

Hotel tem otima localização, café da manhã bom. Deveria ter apoio para mala e suporte para shampoo e sabonete. Funcionários prestativos. A impressão é que esses suportes foram retirados pelo gasto do tempo e não foram recolocados. Havia uma placa de venda do Hotel.

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, porém está muito mal cuidado, acredito que por estar a venda. A localização é excelente!! Único ruim é que fica ao lado de um restaurante chamado "Na casa dela" e o barulho é terrível, vai até altas horas, tem karaokê e isso incomodou muito nosso descanso. Limpeza muito boa, quarto confortável, cama com colchão gostoso. TODOS funcionários de cara fechada e mal humorados, exceto o Rodrigo que foi o único simpático e atencioso. Café da manhã bem ruinzinho e funcionárias com má vontade.

Localização excelente e limpeza das roupas de camas e colchão muito bom. Café da manhã ruim, conservação das instalações ruins e atendimento dos funcionários não eh boa, exceto do Rodrigo. Parabéns ao Rodrigo que se sobressaiu aos demais funcionários.

Localização perfeita. No coração de Jeri. Café da manhã simples mas tem tapioca feita na hora e omelete, misto e etc. Quarto confortável. Banheiro Ok. Ar condicionado ok. Vi alguns comentários negativos, mas queria entender o pq ? Pois essa galera e muito nutella. Vim com minha família e nada a reclamar.
