Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 405

Condo 405 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, one king bed, and a spacious living area. Condo 405 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere one-minute walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Friendly owners, great view, clean but dated room & freezing “heated pool”

View was amazing which was great bc the tv in the living room was so bad we couldn’t watch it and the so called “heated” pool was freezing. It was just my 6 year old daughter and I so we had to drive 20 minutes to the Marriott everyday so she could swim which is sad bc one of the main reasons we picked this place was for the pool. The condo owners were super friendly and were putting in the new tv the day we left.

Wish I could have stayed longer

It was a fun place to meet up with old friends. We had a pet emergency and had to leave early so we were not able to enjoy the full experience as we had hoped to.

Beachfront!

Building is not luxurious at all compared to luxe buildings surrounding it but apartment was perfect and our room faced the beach. Glad we picked beachfront room because the view and ocean sounds are awesome.

Perfect vacation

I’ve always loved visiting Hutchinson island and this property was perfect. It had everything we needed to have a nice week away from our cold Ohio weather. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!
