Shop, supermarket, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 900 m, shingle beach "Caleta" 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
