Der Pool Weltklasse. Die Lage schön und sehr ruhig.Das Haus könnte einen Farbanstrich innen und außen mal erhalten. Fliegengitter defekt oder alt und unsauber,Küche nicht auf dem neusten Stand kein Wlan, kein deutsches Fernsehen.

Bon séjour dans cette villa, l’exposition fait que nous avions le soleil toute la journée. La location concerne la partie haute de la villa. Pas très pratique par rapport à l’accès piscine.

La maison bénéficie d’une excellente orientation plein sud, avec le soleil présent toute la journée et jusque tard le soir (la piscine reste ensoleillée jusqu’à environ 21h). Les grandes terrasses et le grand barbecue sont très agréables, et l’environnement est calme et reposant, idéal pour des vacances en famille.En revanche, quelques points faibles sont à noter : présence de fourmis, cuisine un peu trop petite et sans lave-vaisselle, pas de climatisation (ce qui peut rendre les séjours très chauds en été). Des ventilateurs sont fournis, mais ils s’avèrent assez bruyants la nuit.

Geräumiges Haus, der Pool ist klasse und wurde auch während der 4 Wochen regelmäßig gewartet. Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön! Ansonsten die üblichen Mängel, nur 2 Weingläser für 4 Personen und auch nur 4 Teller. Diverse Leuchten ohne Funktion. Das allgemein angesprochene Ameisenproblem hatten wir nach kurzer Zeit erledigt, Sauberkeit ist da ganz wichtig! Leider insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen, Vorhänge, Tischdecken sowie Innen und Außenanstrich! Dafür etwas zu Teuer :-(

Maison très calme avec peu de vis à vis et une belle vue magnifique sur la végétation et sur les montagnes. La piscine est superbe. Dommage manque climatisation car il a fait très chaud et beaucoup de fourmis.

koelkast deur was beschimmeld De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Hadden last van heel wat mieren. De eigenaar kwam op vrijdag (dag voor vertrek) vragen wanneer we de vakantiewoning zouden verlaten, vonden we heel onbeleefd. De benodigdheden in de keuken waren zeker voldoende. Klein minpuntje is dat je via de voordeur naar het zwembad moet, en best voordeur hoeft te sluiten. Airco is een groot gemis in de woning.

El lugar es idóneo y lo único cuidado es la piscina, en el resto es deficiciente, la cocina está a falta de lavavajillas o en su defecto agua caliente, hay tuberías que no se usan sin tapar por donde sale un olor horrible, la iluminación exterior no funciona,, no hay cama de matrimonio, sólo individuales y la parcela exterior está descuidada, las plantas crecen a su antojo sin control y la puerta exterior no cierra. Con una inversión pequeña todos los años sería una casa fantástica.

Casa sin actualizar, cero inversión

La parcela exterior está descuidada, la puerta exterior de la.misma no cierra por lo que es imposible tener una mascota suelta sin peligro de que se escape. La iluminación exterior no funciona, sólo la luz de la puerta, pero las de la piscina no encienden. Barbacoa? Jajaja El interior de la casa es sencillo, no hay un master room para el matrimonio, no hay lavavajillas ni agua caliente en la cocina por lo que fregar la vajilla se hace difícil, no hay horno, es la casa con mínima equipación

Casa Genial pero..

La casa muy bien situada, muy tranquila, muy fresquita para dormir, nos la entregaron muy limpia. El check-in y entrega de llaves en oficinas, OK. Por ponerle un pero, no dispone de Wifi, sólo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para una estancia de 5 días y, teniendo lavadora, no te dejan jabón para poder lavar.

Waren für 3 Wochen dort. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend aber das Zentrum ist mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar. Service vor Ort war auch sehr gut Poolreinigung war 2 mal die Woche. Die bestellten Zusatzleistungen wie Babybett usw. waren bereits in der Unterkunft als wir angekommen sind An diesem Objekt gibt es nichts auszusetzen und wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

La casa es tal como se ve. Perfectamente equipada y una piscina muy limpia y soleada. La zona es muy bonita, pero carece de aceras para pasear, por lo que todo es en coche. Tiene un súper muy cerca y bajar al pueblo es muy sencillo, bastante directo. Salvo por el calor de noche y los mosquitos, vacaciones muy buenas.

Erg gedateerde inrichting,basis benodigdheden aanwezig. Buurhonden blaffen hard en vaak! In 1 handdoek zaten gaten omdat deze al veels te vaak gewassen zijn en mogen best eens vernieuwd worden met enkele nieuwen handdoeken! Helft van de lampen werkt maar, en de lampenkappen etc zitten allemaal scheef! Uitzicht is wel mooi, en zwembad is ook erg fijn!
