Casa Maya

Maya House is a charming two-bedroom house with a private garden and covered terrace. Carefully decorated with some furniture pieces and artworks from the brand, the property is perfect for summer and winter holidays, with air conditioning/heating units in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room.



A 10 minutes' walk from the Arenal beach along tranquil flat pavements, and 5 minutes' walk from the rocky coves of Cala Blanca and the seafront promenade of Montañar II, the location could not be better.

Guests of Casa Maya will also have access to one of Jávea's best pool complexes, with slides, a children's pool and a seasonal lifeguard. Next to the pool area there is a small games room and a café which is also open during the summer months.

Less than 50 metres from the complex is the bus stop with a service every half hour that connects you with everything Jávea has to offer.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

Wonderful week in Javea

Toddlers loved the garden and nearby swimming pool. It was so nice to stay in a villa and we ate every meal outside. We enjoyed sunset drinks overlooking the countryside and mountain!

We really enjoyed our week at Casa Maya, the house was warm & cosy and very much a home from home feel. It had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The views upstairs are amazing, as is the location. We enjoyed lots of lovely walks from the house. We were blessed with a week of warm winter sunshine and the garden was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Nice townhouse with plenty of space for a family of four. Garden outside is nicely maintained. Lovely family swimming pool with slides for children. Aircon is only available in bedrooms leaving downstairs very warm on hot days.

The location and outside space. Well stocked with everything needed for stay. Price very reasonable. Needs upgrading, too much furniture which makes the villa very dark and depressing. Heating not sufficient in living room for winter the log fire does not throw out enough heat, even with the radiators on it was not warm.

Hemos estado muy muy contentos en la casa. La limpieza al llegar increíble, se agradece mucho! Trato de Javea Holidays inmejorable. La casa ideal y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de vacaciones. La casa está muy cuidada y mantenida a la perfección. Nos solucionaron dos problemillas con la cafetera y la plancha de forma muy eficiente. Estaría genial reponer más cucharillas pequeñas y tenedores también. La verja de la puerta de la entrada está un poco dura, quizá por el calor. Y la de la entrada un poco también. También un poco rollo las normas de la piscina, no puede haber menores de edad solos en la piscina, aunque tengan 16 o 17 años.... ponen muchas pegas si los hijos van con amigos... pero sobre esto no se puede hacer nada porque son normas de la comunidad de propietarios.

Un petit coin de paradis

Maison très bien entretenue et très agréable à vivre. De très bon goût. Le petit coin jardin est très agréable. Le confort est vraiment au rendez vous, la maison est bien équipée dans sa totalité. Et la litterie est très confortable. Il faut compter 15mns de marche pour rejoindre la plage Arenal en longeant la côte, ce qui est fort agréable. La piscine communautaire est très belle sous forme de petit jardin tropical. A recommander sans hésiter.
