Estadia agradável

No geral a estadia foi agradável, acochegante. O café da manhã é bem simples, ficam poucas coisas a disposição e se você quiser algo é preciso pedir aos funcionarios da pousada, café, por exemplo, eles trazem em garrafinhas. Sobre o quarto, achamos ele bem pequeno, mas a cama e os travesseiros bem confortáveis.

Gostei bastante, excelente atendimento, localização, bem confortável, só um pouco apertado o quarto que fiquei. Estranhei um pouco a maneira que é servido o café da manhã ( a lá carte), mas tudo bem caprichoso, e o transtorno de um dia ser em um local e no outro dia em outro (hotel em frente). Nós da pousada podíamos usufruir das dependência do hotel (Villa de Taipas), que fica em frente a pousada.

Experiência Ruim!!

1. O banheiro é péssimo! Chuveiro com pouca vazão (tome banho frio ou quente pegando fogo); pia e vaso soltos; alguns dias não foi deixada toalha de piso, que sempre está molhado pq a pia estava solta; piso não é antiderrapante, então, há grande risco de queda; não há janela, apenas o buraco com uma tela; 2. Quarto pequeno e barulhento (sem isolamento acústico, agravado pela falta de janela no banheiro); 3. Café da manhã é péssimo; não é buffet, então, é extremamente demorado (só tem 2 funcionários pra preparar e servir); os itens pedidos vão chegando aos poucos, em pequenas quantidades e alguns deles não podem ser repetidos, pois são disponibilizados apenas dois por quarto (tivemos que insistir para fornecerem uma terceira fatia de pão-pizza pra nossa filha de 4 anos); local do café é bem pequeno, então, tem que chegar bem cedo, já que não tem lugar pra acomodar todos os hóspedes; 4. Petiscos servidos no bar são caros e ruins. Não vale a pena se hospedar nesse local!! Custo-benefício ruim!!

Gostei da estrutura da pousada. É bonita, limpa, bem simpática. Teve um probleminha na hora do check in porque a reserva era de quarto triplo, mas separaram um duplo, o que atrasou minha entrada no quarto. A funcionário da recepção tentou logo resolver a questão.

Bom. Estrutura e funcionários, excelentes. Mas quando se trata de resolução de problema, acho que peca um pouco. Fui transferido para um hotel da mesma rede, cujo a estrutura é ainda melhor. Mas o quarto que ficamos achei bem desconfortavel. E sabe quando fica visivel que por ser 2 jovens acham que pode ficar em qualquer lugar que ta tudo bem? Pois é. Assim foi feito. Nao entenderei motivos pra nao trocar o quarto. Mesmo sendo dito.

Ficamos em casal, nao tinha janela e o quarto vizinho da minha mãe tinha, café atrasou, mesmo avisando que tinhamos passeio reservado, o que era pedido pra o restaurante do hotel tinha que ser pago assim que terminassemos. Na recepcao nao tinha ninguem com frequencia, tudo que tinhamos que pedir tinha que ligar da recepcao para o hotel Vila de Taipa que fica em frente e é do mesmo grupo, seja o atendimento, seja algo da cozinha. Inclusive nos cobraram 10% (serviço) nos itens do cardapio. Precisa melhorar a organização. No geral é bem localizado e bom.
