O chalé era bem espaçoso e confortável, bem iluminado e arejado, roupas de cama e banho limpas e novas, ar condicionado e tv boas, boa segurança. Bem localizado, acesso à praia de Bitingui, a pousada oferece apoio com mesas e cadeiras. Atendimento atencioso. Banheiro poderia ter uma saboneteira na pia, ganchos para pendurar roupas e toalhas. Tem um varal retrátil que é legal, mas fica em cima do sanitário. Alimentação é ok. A piscina é bem bonita.

Pousada muito boa!

A pousada é bem nova, excelentes funcionários, muito prestativos, pertinho da praia (só atravessar a rua) e o mar lá é maravilhoso para banho inclusive com crianças. A comida do hotel é deliciosa. Alguns pontos a melhorar como: climatizar o local do café da manhã que é muito quente, ou pelo menos colocar ventiladores. Aumentar a variedade do café. Sentimos falta de mesinha e cadeiras nos quartos(locamos 5 apartamentos), solicitamos e fomos atendidos em um dos quartos disponibilizaram mesa e cadeiras na varanda. Sentimos falta de maior segurança na entrada dos hóspedes, pois não solicitaram documentos pessoais e as chaves dos veículos ficaram em cima do balcão da recepção para os manobristas utilizarem quando necessário, mas poderia ser facilmente roubada. Deveriam colocar pulseiras de identificação nos hóspedes também, pois ajuda na segurança.

Quarto enorme com banheira de hidro privativa ( otima) falta um banheiro proximo a banheira, escada um pouco pirigosa. Atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários. Precisa melhorar a vazão do chuveiro.

Hotel excelente! Tudo novo e muito limpo! O atendente Daniel é muito prestativo, o melhor! Quartos confortáveis e piscina limpa e quentinha. Apenas uma sugestão, deixar o horário da piscina e bar até as 22h, pois quem gosta de curtir mais a noite não aproveita, visto que fecha às 20h e na cidade não tem muito movimento. O restaurante é bom, pela comodidade vale o preço. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso e à vontade. No mais tudo perfeito!

Razoável. Pra mim, o custo benefício não compensou. O quarto é bem grande, mas o ar-condicionado demora muito a dar conta de esfriar, poderiam oferecer um ventilador, quem sabe até um ventilador de teto. O banheiro é enorme, mas o chuveiro é bem ruim. Pequeno e bem próximo da parede, eu nem sou tão grande e não foi confortável. O café da manhã é bem limitado. Já estive em outra pousada na região e o café tinha mais opções. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente. A cama é ótima, piscina e hidromassagem tbm. So aumentaria as "paredes" proximas a hidro e redes pra oferecer mais privacidade. Pedimos um jantar no restaurante e estava excelente.
