Karl was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed while staying there. He and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here, and can’t wait to visit again!
Pool & hot tub so full could never get in. Kids yelling & running the halls well after 11pm. Had to leave tv on all night since neighboring room was so noisy & loud. Wanted to get up & leave at 1am since it was the worst night in at hotel ever. Commented at checkout & she said that the night guy said she would be having a lot of complains, but never offered to make it right. Not going back! Wear ear plugs!
We made a reservation due to advertising indicating the hotel had been recently remodeled and had an awesome pool for the kids. My daughter was participating in a state competition at Parker high school and it was recommended to check out the Ramada due to the recent remodeling. We have three kids and when I made the reservation, it was indicated the one room would accommodate the five of us with two queen beds and a hide-a-bed. Wrong! We asked for a roll-away bed and were charged for it. The roll-away bed was the best for support and comfort of the three beds. When we attempted to check in, there was only one person working the desk with numerous people trying to check in. It took almost an hour to get our room. The pool was very nice for the kids. The rooms were clean and nicely stocked with towels and toiletries.
Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and new Fuzzy's bar. The breakfast in the morning was great with eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, fruit, pastries, etc. Convenient location, too. Other guests were noisy by the pool, but otherwise enjoyed our stay.
Could not locate my reservation, which was booked through a third party site, even with my confirmation email I was able to show. Wanted to charge me $20 more to book me in the same room. Very slow, not terribly competent. There 6-7 deep at the check out counter, my experience took nearly 45 mins. Had to cancel my other original booking to avoid being charged twice. The experience was laughable.
Upon walking to our room we were blasted in the face with second hand cigarette smoke. Funny, because the hotel advertises themselves to be “smoke-free”. We asked for a new room and got one but we also saw an ant, in the middle of winter, in our room. Not the first impression I was going for as any hotel stay for a young family of four is like a vacation and money we could’ve saved by staying home and traveling the extra distance the next day. The shower tiles were cracked and the coffee maker was kept on a counter that didn’t have an outlet so I had to move it to by the tv to brew coffee. The hotel is doing remodeling and these areas are nice but it’s obvious we weren’t in a renovated room.
Look Elsewhere. Didn’t get the room I payed for. Staff made no attempt to rectify issue. Extra fees for everything.
Booked pool side adjoining rooms, traveling with kids and Grandmother. We're given NONE. of our requests! Did notice 10 teenage girls with poolside, eating pizza in pool area. Rules were No food in pool !!! Not many poolside rooms occupied! Will not stay again! Not accommodating at all!
My husband and I have stayed here a couple times. Each time we were looking forward to time in the pool and hot tub. And each time it was absolutely over run with kids, even many without adult supervision. Disappointing. It would be nice if they had some adults only hours.
