very nice we had aroom by pool enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub we were booked in a room that was far for my wife to walk they got us a closer room
When we checked in the service from the lady waiting on us was very direct with an attitude and no smile or greeting. The bathroom was dirty with what looked like toothpaste and soap running down the bathroom door around the knob and hair in the tub. They said room was recently "renovated".They should fire the contractors. Because it wasn't true or cleaning is bad.The free breakfast was one of the best and LOTS of choices. The cook and wait service where awesome. Still won't be going back even though we have been going there for the past 9 years. Went to help in a hand basket.
Very upset that we were charged after we left for a lampshade that came off when the lamp fell over when moving a chair. We tried to put lampshade back on but it didn't fit properly
In my opinion this place is average and not an exceptional value for the price. Location is good and easily accessed from the interstate highway. We were disappointed that the side entrances were not secure (locked).
The furniture was in very bad shape, the bed was lime sleeping in a taco. They are in the middle of a remodel and they put us in a room that the guys started way to early with loud power tools. So we did get to have a full nights sleep. The carpet around tje pool has mold growing on it. I would not suggest anyone to stay there.
I stayed at the Ramada Janesville for two nights on business while in Janesville. Check in was easy and the staff was helpful, however the hotel is dated and currently under renovation - the bar/restaurant is currently closed. The hotel is ideal for families with children as it's a "resort" style hotel with a central indoor pool.
We really enjoyed the accommodations. The beds were great the room was clean and the breakfast fantastic.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to all . The rooms were good and hotel was relaxing and quiet ! Enjoyed watching all the kids , playing in the pool , staff was very helpful and cordial !
We were disappointed that there was no free breakfast offered and we were not informed of that. Plus when asked about a military discount for my husband they said they only do active military members. Which is not right at all, all military members should get a discount whether they are active or veteran. Very disappointed and not sure if I will return to Ramada.
Just what we needed... a place to spend the night for a reasonable price with a pool and hot tub. Remodel prices were perfect for that. Hotel bar and restaurant closed but plenty of places near by to eat. I want to thank the manager Karl Anderson for being so accommodating to my needs of a room with easy access. He was most professional and friendly even while he was training a new desk clerk. Room was very clean and quiet. Think there may be inconsistency in rooms as the renovation continues but it was well worth the price for us. Pool area was beautiful with the sun shining down on it.
