The hotel is located right by Cheonggyeoncheon stream, Insadong, aand Gweonhwamun, so its perfect for any one doig sight seeing in Seoul. We couldnt find how to turn off the light in the room so we pull out the keycard and this blue light keeps blinking all night. The breakfast buffet seemed so-so, we end up eating out for breakfast. Alot of cafes nearby and a starbucks right next door.

Customer service was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Perfect location, walking distance to many destinations. Overall everything was great, except the restroom, it had a lot of mold inside the shower and around the sink.

If you are going to book a room, make sure to book the Quadruple room. It's 2 king beds, but what I noticed is that it's more spacious that the regular rooms. We had 4 adults with 7 luggage. We also had a room on the 9th floor (911) which was a corner room with a view of the Namsan Tower.
Just be careful as they have mosquitos at this hotel and in the elevators.
Over all, this was a nice stay. Washer and Dryer in the basement, small gym, a rooftop for smokers and you can also see the tower from the roof as well.
