Excellent buffet breakfast. Serving starts early, at 3 am. A free Skytrain is available between T3 and T1 to the Terminal 2 station near where the hotel is situated. Clean room. Strong wifi. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommended hotel.

Very convenient location in terminal 2 CGK. A good place to rest from a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I've stayed here three years in a row and the staff remembers me. Has a full service restaurant, beer and drinks, room service, shuttle service and a smoking lounge.

I have used this hotel for circa 25 years. The standard has not changed, as good today as when we first stayed. Whilst not 5 star, the hotel is very convenient for transit, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Other more modern hotels exist nearby which are lower cost, our choice is always to stay here.
