As the nicest airport hotel in Jakarta I was surprised I wasn’t offered porter service for my two bags which were so heavy. Dragging them on carpet without even a luggage carrier. I stayed at their competitions place when I first arrived in Jakarta and although I’m more humble establishment, the service was much better.

This is the only hotel right in Terminal 3 so it's perfect for the night before an early morning departure or after a late arrival. It's a clean, comfortable and attractive mid-range hotel that is a little more expensive than some of the other airport hotels, but it's worth it for the convenience and the quality. The buffet breakfast is good and if you're leaving before the buffet opens at 6, there are some breakfast items available in the lobby starting in the middle of the night.

Very convenient for a long lay over. We had an international flight and the next day we had a domestic flight and it worked perfect fur us.
