This is a fantastic option, near the Jakarta airport. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you enter the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. What really stood out was the pool and gym facility. The hot pool was actually hot. The cold pool was actually ice cold. Both steam and sauna rooms were large and hot.

The FM 7 staff are professional, helpful, and always willing to assist you. My husband had an incident and I could not thank the staff more. They were so helpful, resoectful, and assisted me throughout the process. We will always stay here when we travel to Jakarta.

The drain did not work in the bathroom sink, water backed up. Could not control the air conditioning in the room, very COLD!! Call the desk, but the guy who came couldn’t do anything about it So I turned AC completely off, and then it was too hot. Quite an uncomfortable night.

Got in from airport too early to check-in so they held my luggage.. went out got back just in time to sleep, room was very nice, very clean and comfortable.. Shuttle to Airport was perfect. If I need to transit again there is no question I would stay here again
