It was a Amazing stay with Hotel golden haveli. Amazing ambience of the room also property ambience is nice.great servicece was give by property staff is good manner and specifically resevation staff "Peeru khan and Najir" approach positively for us. Nice stay with hotel. Thanks .

We had booked 4 rooms with hotel Golden haveli and were upgraded to the Heritage rooms upon arrival. The hotel is like a royal haveli . The pool is clean, the staffs are co-operative, the food is good. The view from the roof top is amazing with clear view of the fort on one side and desert on the other side. The manager Mr Jethudan Charanji was very cooperative. I highly recommend this place as the location is very peaceful and in close proximity to the fort and gadisar lake as well. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Jaisalmer.

Hotel Golden Haveli, located in the middle of Jaisalmer is really good in terms of everything. Such a memorable experience wouldn't be possible without support of the hotel managers and fellow staff. Special thanks to Pirubhai, who was much of a caring and supportive person.

A good hotel, in the mid of Jaisalmer city. The Golden Fort could be viewed from our room. Very close from Gadisar Lake. Special thanks to Nazir Khan, Manoj and Naveen. They made sure that our stay in the hotel and Jaisalmer is memorable. Food is tasty, but spread is less. The restaurant people were very well behaved and customer friendly. The only point i shall deduct is from the bathroom setup. There should be curtains around the bath area, else the entire bathroom getting soiled/watery after bath.

We stayed at Hotel Golden Haveli for just one night but we wished we were able to stay longer. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean and the service even better. As our train was leaving the next night, Mr. Peeru provided us with a room free of charge to spent a few hours to relax. Couldn't have wished for more. Highly recommended and would love to come back! Thank you Mr Peeru!

This hotel is OK but didn't really stand out for any reason. There is a roof terrace which would have been nice, but no one told us about it until we were leaving! The pool and gardens are pleasant. Food was average to poor. Overall just OK

My wife and I stayed two nights. Our room was fine, large and comfortable, but the bathroom was not air conditioned and had a very bad odor. The restaurant was average; fortunately we were close to two very good restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel build of sand stone. You walk through a little tunnel into the court yard and reception. It boost beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. The inside furnishings and layout is perfect, beautiful colourful lamps adorn all the ceilings. Food is delicious. The dinning room and most bedrooms overlook the garden and swimming pool. Rooms are huge with huge bathrooms, no bathtubs though. Only problem I experienced was an out of order telephone which resulted in me having to walk down to reception to request toilet paper (how embarrassing :-)). Even if the phone did work, no visible numbers for front desk/house keeping. Breakfast is to be ordered off a menu and does take time, prepare for about a 25 minute wait. Apart from that it really was a good experience.

Very spacious and confortable rooms. Very clean! Is located in a peaceful area. They are always ready to help! We had a train delay of 6hours and they let us use the swimming pool on the afternoon! The food of the restaurant is improvable but overall we had a perfect experience

Poor management. Double rooms were booked 2 months back and on arrival they provided Twin room stating that they do not have any vacancy. Not acceptable at all. Hotel stuff was not ready to accept that this is their fault. Will not consider again.
