The property is very nice. Big rooms nit and clean. The pool is lovely. We found the service really average for this kind of hotel. The food is something to be avoided. You can find restaurants near by. If you are looking for a comfortable short stay, this hotel will serves the purpose.
This hotel is beautifully situated and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, including agreeing to serve us breakfast early because we had an early departure. The restaurant is excellent and just sitting there to eat and looking out the window at the fort and the lit up pool at night is a treat. I can't imagine there is a more welcoming place to stay in Jaisalmer. Also, good air conditioning in the room was very much appreciated.
I stayed here 2 nights. I was allowed to check in at 7am with no problem whatsoever. Mr Khan or Mr. Peera were excellent hosts and could not help enough. All the staff were helpful kind and polite. The rooms and hotel are tastefully furnished. An excellent hotel with excellent staff.
After a night of sleeping in the desert, the golden haveli was exactly the comfort and luxury we were looking for. We did not pay the full price, so we're not disappointed but the slight slip ups in maintenance. ( It would be nice to also have some more outside seating or sun loungers.) However, Jethudan, Charan and Pervu were particularly kind when we happened to be in a difficult situation with train timings, and we wanted to thank them specifically for their hospitality.
Friendly staff, amazing pool, close to all the sites and amenities. Excellent dinner. Beautiful decor & furniture. Good breakfast. We had a wonderful time & would recommend Jaisalmer & the Golden Haveli hotel.
Superb hotel stay. Pool one of the biggest advantage of this hotel.Nice view of the pooi from the rooms also. Food was good in their restaurant. But service was not upto the mark. Supporting staff were really helpful.
I do not know the facilities in other hotels in jaisalmer but this is a decent hotel to stay but needs some improvements for a better stay. The rooms are very neat but before occupying check the toilet if all the taps are without leakage. The room service is excellent. The swimming pool is enjoyable as the climate is always hot. Their package tour for half day to desert costs rs.1.5 k. The desert is 45 kms away, a nice jeep safari and enjoyable camel ride. Beer the Jeep driver was very informative. We did not enjoy the cultural programme and dinner. The cultural programme was in rajasthani and was followed with dinner with very few dishes. Not upto the mark. But hotel stay was good. WiFi was very fast. Restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. I could not give four stars as I am not aware about other hotels here. But for jaisalmer a place near desert we had a very comfortable stay. Will recommend others
Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. Very recent building, with swimming pool (garden is still work in progress, but will be ready soon) Tasty restaurant, where you can stay, without going to fort
My sister and I stayed for two nights and loved every minute! This hotel makes you feel like royalty! The staff were very friendly and happy to help out when we had questions or queries. We had room service and it was delicious. The pool is crystal clear and don't miss the gorgeous view from the roof first thing in the morning!
This is a good hotel to stay. Perfect hotel for family and couples. We stayed for a night. Staff and services were quick and good. Buffet breakfast had elaborate menu with both vegetarian and non vegetarian platter.
