I had a terrible experience with the hotel booking . I booked two rooms for Dec 14 th and 15th 2025. I had to cancel the rooms, and I did that within the cancellation period for a full refund . The confirmation email I received while I booked the rooms had given me an option to cancel the rooms by signing in the portal , and that is what I did. And it gave me the message the cancellation is on process . I tried to check again to confirm whether the rooms are canceled , but I could not sign in again , so I assumed the rooms are cancelled that is why the portal was disabled . But I received an email on the 16th with a statement of my stay as if I the rooms are not canceled and I stayed there on the 14th and 15th . I requested the General Manager of the hotel to kindly look into he matter and see if it was a mistake , he replied "OK" , but did not get any reply after that even after I sent him couple of reminders .
